Position Available: Full Stack Web Developer (PHP)

Location: Vancouver, BC

Role Overview:

Rove Concepts is looking for a Junior to Intermediate Full Stack Web Developer (PHP) to support and optimize our digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring experience in web development with a focus on eCommerce, and the ability to craft seamless, visually appealing user experiences. This role is crucial for supporting our digital strategies, implementing features on our website, and ensuring smooth integrations with back-end systems. Youll work with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and user experience of our online platform.

What Youll Do:

• Lead both front-end and back-end development with PHP, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Work with the team to implement strategies for improving site functionality, enhancing the user journey, and increasing conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Digital Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Planning and Design teams to ensure web features align with overall brand and business goals.
• Track and analyze web performance to continuously improve the sites effectiveness and support business growth.
• Update and maintain security protocols to safeguard user data and e-commerce transactions.
• Work with design and front-end teams to enhance site aesthetics, navigation, and usability.
  

What Youll Need:

• Minimum of 3 Years in Web Development with PHP Experience
  
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus
  
• A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and responsible with a willingness to learn.
  
• Strong communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization with a commitment to excellence.
