$2,000 sign on bonus Title: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Kerry Chevrolet and Hyundai  is looking for experienced Service Advisors/Writers to join our service team! We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals who share the same passion we have here.

As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
• Document customers concerns and comments.
• Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
• Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
• Explain repairs to customers and review service history
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied. 
• Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele.

Service Advisor Qualifications

• Service advisor/writer experience plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CDK Drive experience helpful.
• Professional appearance and attitude required
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment
• High school or equivalent 
• Must be reliable
