Job Description

As a Technical Writer and Investigator, you will play a crucial role in investigating and responding to Quality Management System deviations and complaints. Your work will directly contribute to reducing the likelihood of recurrence and ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to Quality Management System deviations and complaints
- Identify root causes and initiate action plans for prevention
- Conduct in-depth interviews to obtain accurate information
- Write technical concepts clearly and concisely for product analysis
- Complete CAPAs and effectiveness checks within the Quality Management System
- Establish recommendations for changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated documentation
- High school diploma and one year of experience in a Pharmaceutical Packaging/GMP environment
- Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
