Technical Writer/Change Commuications Job at Indigo Slate in San Jose

Looking for a strong Technical Writer who will also be involved in change communications. The candidate will be responsible for various presentations, documents, marketing deliverables, and Technical Product Storytelling. This will be a 1-year fixed term contract and a hybrid remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Expert in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Visio, OneNote.
- Expert in managing and working with Microsoft SharePoint web pages, including designing, content uploading, layout management, and designing/building forms for use in SharePoint.
- Experience working with senior leadership (VPs and alike) on communication management, executive briefing, content creation, and presentations.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Self-driven, requiring minimal hand-holding, with a professional and polished approach for executive-level briefings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, and Bridge).
- Prior Cisco working experience is highly preferred.
- Work location: San Jose; should be ready to come to the office 50% of the time.
