About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procedure Coordinator / Technical Writer with a strong background in deposit origination, maintenance, and servicing. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive banking procedure documentation, ensuring consistency across all channels. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.
* Develop and maintain detailed procedure documentation for banking operations.
* Ensure all documentation is consistent, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with business line leaders to evaluate the impact of policies and standards.
* Complete technical writing projects and manage the annual certification of 200-400 policies and standards.
* Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation meets business needs.
* Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Assists with managing the portfolio of assigned Procedures and the implementation of new and revised procedures and supporting documents under the direction of the Frontline Support Services Manager
* Responsible for assigned procedures, responsible for setting, prioritizing, and completing technical writing projects in order to maximize the business value delivered by the product.
* Writes user stories for creating features and prioritizing features.
* Prioritize the product backlog, and report team progress and issues.
* Take ownership for assigned Procedures workstream and features. Partner with business line leaders, product, and other corporate stakeholders to research implications of proposed policy or procedure changes.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of banking procedures. May require development, implementation, and analysis of variety of data from various reporting tools and sources to make recommendations, develop improved efficiencies, maintain quality and operational sound processes, and associate satisfaction outcomes for existing or new procedures developed.
* Ensure appropriate involvement of risk partners, including compliance, legal, and BSA.
* Assist with articulation of procedure manual positioning, key benefits, and business value proposition. May assist with the creation of project plans, business requirements and assist in developing technical specifications.
* Assist in projects; including assisting with presentations for products and solutions, development of training material, communications and other information related to release.
* Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
* Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
* Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation
* E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
* May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
* Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Finance related field preferred.
* 2-4 years of relevant data analyst and/or product owner, management, development, and/or operations experience preferred.
* 4-10 years of retail or commercial banking experience, with extensive understanding of deposit origination, maintenance, and servicing required.
* Experience with technical writing software and related initiatives.
* Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation skills, project management skills. Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.
* Experience in leading small teams to complete formal review and approval processes.
* Proven ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customers experience and timely problem resolution
* Agile, Scrum, SAFE and Kanban experience preferred.
Workstyle: Fully onsite.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $58,452.03 to $108,553.77, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
