Laham Enterprise  has an immediate opening for a service advisor. Lahham Enterprise is a rapid, fast paced Automotive service. Servicing all makes and models and primary to Five franchises, we are always busy.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and listen to their vehicle service concerns

Write up vehicle repair orders, relaying customer concerns and pertinent information

Answer incoming phone calls

Make phone calls to give estimates and secure service appointments

Consult with clients and sell required and recommended service work

Keep thorough documentation of work performed as well as declined work

Build lasting relationships with our customer

Communicate effectively and accurately with our service technicians

Prepare and properly document service loaners

Maintain good documentation for warranty work and record keeping

Maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

Basic computer and phone skills

Positive, friendly attitude

Customer focused with exceptional customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Professional well kept appearance

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Experience with Mitchell 1 software is a Plus
