Coverage and Research & Writing Attorney for Insurance Defense Firm: Multi-state, boutique firm specializing in complex civil litigation/insurance defense seeks a 2nd Chair Litigation Research & Writing attorney with substantive coverage experience. This unique opportunity is fully remote and ideal for someone who excels at working productively from home. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of litigation and coverage experience and be highly skilled in research, writing, and giving oral arguments. Appellate experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications: Juris doctorate. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas with stable work history. 2nd chair trial experience is preferred. All candidates must be able to adhere to the firm's standard operating procedures designed to produce the highest quality work product for clients who demand excellence.
