11204 Albany, NY 12201 QA Tester : Test Strategies, Functional Testing, HP QTP/UFT, Test Lead, SOAP UI, SQL Navigator Contract Type: DOE If you are unable to click on links above to submit resume, you may email your resume to jobs@iit-inc.com Subject= IIT Career Site/Resume for JobID=11204 (QA Tester: Test Strategies, Functional Testing, HP QTP/UFT, Test Lead, SOAP UI, SQL Navigator) in Albany NY 12201 (NON) Position Requirements Minimum 5+ years experience in all phases of Functional Testing including: Analyzing and interpreting business requirement documents (BRDs) and use cases in unified modeling language (UML) for testability and inconsistencies Participation in Joint Application Development sessions, seeking clarification from business analysts as needed Documenting and implementing application test plans Identifying test cases Writing and executing test scripts Identifying and analyzing application problems and communicating them to the development team Experience with HP/Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management and/or its prior versions: Quality Center, Test Director. Experience with HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) and HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) for developing and maintaining automated scripts used for regression testing. Experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies based on software specifications for a web-based application in a large, complex and diverse Human Services (Federal, State or local government) delivery system. Experience as a test lead, providing direction and training to other members of the project team. 2+ years experience using SQL and SOAP UI, with exposure to Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or HP Quality Center, to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff. Experience with HP LoadRunner (or Performance Center) used for load and performance testing.
