What we are looking for:
Experienced and passionate Senior UX designer to join the AI and Data and help shape the future of AI-powered communication automation solutions. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the next generation of applications for designing, building, evaluation and monitoring AI Agents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to create intuitive and effective user experiences that enhance our AI-driven automation platform.
Responsibilities:
•Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach in all stages of product development.
•Identify and analyze user needs and pain points through research, user testing and interviews to inform design decisions.
•Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine AI-powered automation applications, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and effective.
•Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, AI, and customer service automation.
Required Qualifications:
•Proven experience designing for complex applications, preferably in automation, workflow, AI and natural language processing (NLP) domains.
•Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
•Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
•Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus.
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
