Agility Partners is seeking a qualified UX Researcher to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers the exciting opportunity to conduct foundational research that drives business strategy decisions for a major product. As part of the design studio team for Viva, you will be involved in impactful projects with significant influence on product development and user experience.

In this role you will:

• Conduct B2B UX research on various target users including individual employees, people leaders, IT admins, and HR/data analysts
• Collaborate directly with design and product management partners on key design projects, from early-stage foundational research to iterative design evaluations
• Perform ongoing UX health studies to assess the readiness of design-built experiences for release to engineering
• Devise and evaluate methods for data collection, including moderated/unmoderated interviews, group discussions, and surveys

The Ideal Candidate

• 6-7 years experience conducting B2B UX research
• 6-7 years experience with qualitative research skills, including devising and evaluating methods for data collection and deriving insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
• 6-7 years experience compiling, synthesizing, presenting, and socializing research insights to create impact
• Extensive hands-on experience is essential; experience with AI-related product solutions
• Proven ability to operate independently, embrace ambiguity, demonstrate creativity, and deliver results in a highly organized manner
