In just three years, our team has grown from 3 to 20, and we’re looking for more awesome team members to drive our mission forward.

As our Growth Marketer, you’ll be responsible for leading initiatives to accelerate revenue growth for our subscription business. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design and engineering to build and execute data-informed initiatives that drive new subscriber acquisition, improve user engagement and retention, and optimize our monetization funnel. In this role, you will be deeply involved in launching growth campaigns, modeling and forecasting, and developing and executing a high-impact test roadmap that aligns with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and LTV across the subscription model.
  • Conduct in-depth funnel analysis to identify, prioritize, and resolve conversion bottlenecks.
  • Model and forecast revenue scenarios for proposed tests to understand potential impact and ROI.

Growth Channel Management:

  • Optimize existing acquisition channels to drive cost-effective growth, and experiment with new channels to broaden reach.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and product teams to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and campaign structure.
  • Track and analyze channel performance to optimize ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Develop promotion/campaign roadmaps. Launch growth initiatives in addition to paid channels, including referral, promotion, word of mouth, and more.

Conversion Optimization & Testing:

  • Develop and prioritize a roadmap for A/B and multivariate testing focused on driving subscription conversions and LTV.
  • Design and run experiments to test different SKUs, pricing models, and business model variations to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Analytics & Data-Driven Insights:

  • Dive deep into data to derive actionable insights and strategies that can be used to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Build funnel reports and track key metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement across user segments and life stages.
  • Continuously refine data tracking and attribution to ensure accuracy in measuring growth initiatives. Manage tech stack set up and management as needed

Requirements

  • Passion for wine!
  • Growth marketing experience: Growth Marketing role or in another highly analytical role in a B2C company
  • Subscription experience: Experience with B2C mobile app subscription preferred
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Mobile Attribution Platforms, digital ad platforms) and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to think strategically and dissect problems into actionable steps to drive business growth.
  • Revenue Modeling: Proven experience in revenue modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions and test plans.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute a roadmap of experiments, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
