Join our dynamic team as a Field Marketer and play a vital role in connecting homeowners with top-notch home improvement solutions! We’re seeking passionate, driven individuals with a proven track record in door-to-door canvassing to set appointments for our talented sales team. This is a full-time, W-2 position, not a 1099 contract role.

What You’ll Do:

Engage and Connect: Go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods, introducing our exciting home improvement products and services to potential customers.

Build Relationships: Create a positive first impression, establishing rapport and trust with homeowners.

Set Appointments: Utilize your persuasive communication skills to schedule follow-up sales appointments for our experienced sales team.

Provide Information: Educate homeowners about our offerings, highlighting the benefits of our services to pique interest and encourage appointments.

Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of your interactions and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team.

Meet Goals: Strive to achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What’s Required?

Up to 2 years of experience preferred but not required

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred

Must have reliable transportation for significant amount of travel
