A growing home care company is seeking a dynamic Field Marketer to drive brand awareness and generate leads by engaging with the community, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting home care services. This role is key in increasing visibility, networking, and connecting potential clients to the company's services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Attend local events and network with potential referral sources to promote home care services.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
• Act as a brand ambassador, educating families and caregivers about the benefits of home care.
• Develop and manage referral networks to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Report on community activities, lead generation, and market feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to support business growth initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Background in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and clients.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable in a community engagement role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive business growth.
• Experience in healthcare or home care industry is a plus.
