Job Title: Marketer

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketer to join our team at Serenity Gardens Seniors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads from rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in the Denton area and nearby cities.

Schedule: Flexible (Will work 1-2 days weekly)
Rate: $100 per day
Bonus: $500 for every successful referral

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to healthcare facilities to establish and maintain relationships with social workers and case managers.
• Identify potential leads and generate interest in our assisted living services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Serenity Gardens Seniors to potential residents and their families.
• Track and manage leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Represent Serenity Gardens Seniors in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in healthcare or sales is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of senior care and assisted living services
• Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and potential residents
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
