EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCER Job at 4WRD: A Brand Evolution Collective in Miami Beach

4WRD is a globally experienced collective based in Miami. Working at the intersection of sports & luxury, we are looking for an experiential producer(s) to join our growing team for projects in Miami and nationwide. Candidate must live in or be open to relocating to Miami. 



Experiential Producer will oversee full production and design-related tasks for a variety of projects ranging from High-End Dinners to larger scale events. An understanding of luxury brands and aesthetic is key to the success of this roll. Producer should be organized, self-motivated, and be able to approach unique problems with unique solutions. The ability to lead a team, as well as be a part of a team, is critical for this position. 

This role will be responsible for complete execution of projects managing production and design facets independently with little supervision. Producer will aggressively manage program budgets and timelines while developing/maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners. The Producer is expected to have a strong knowledge of experiential marketing concepts and experience with integrated marketing events, event production, vendor relations and fabrication. 

Responsibilities

·       Maintains significant expertise in experiential and integrated marketing, interactive technology, event production, spatial design, vendor relations and fabrication.

·       Fully understand the client’s business needs and challenges while committed to delivering the best overall experience

·       Creatively concept client solutions and implement them from creative brief through complete execution, including budget and timeline management, managing design and build facets independently with little supervision.

·       Oversee project admin including Budget management, reconciliation, transport, insurance, etc.

·       Lead multiple events simultaneously and oversee progress. Work to identify, select, and onboard project staff as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

·       Minimum 5+ years of agency / event / brand / marketing experience

·       Strong background in event production with a focus on luxury and/or sports creative and fabrication experienced preferred, but not required

·       Strong financial, budgeting, and negotiating skills.

·       Possesses a keen eye for design and high-end experiences

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills

·       Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead a room and motivate client, internal and external teams

·       Working technical knowledge of stage direction, fabrication, lighting, and audio.

·       Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

·       Ability to identify and communicate creative solutions to challenges, and to maintain a consistent focus on priorities with persistent follow-through.

·       Confidence to effectively communicate across all lines of business, and with all levels of management.

·       Ability to work in fast-paced environments with accelerated production schedules.

·       Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Keynote and Dropbox. 

·       Knowledge of Adobe suite preferred

·       Willingness to travel globally and ability to work a flexible schedule as required
