Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and establishing trust.

Developing Proposals: Create tailored insurance proposals to fit the specific needs and goals of each commercial client.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to expand Omega Pacific's presence in the Clovis area.

Customer Service: Offer exceptional service to new and existing clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes in the insurance industry to provide current and relevant information to clients.


Requirements

Licensing: Valid California Insurance License required for selling commercial insurance products.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales or related field.
