The Central Region welcomes confidential discussions with Producers interested in partnering with a growth-oriented organization focused on making sure your priority to sell is ours. Our company values exceptional client engagement and boasts an impressive track record of client retention. As a Producer, your primary responsibility will be to utilize your prospecting and networking skills to drive new business and growth opportunities. You will also play a crucial role in advising clients on asset protection, benefit offerings, and liability minimization. Our company, with over 20 years of experience in independent brokerage, offers deep expertise across all product lines, including Personal, Commercial, and Employee Benefits for your cross-sell opportunities.

  • A true business developer with a demonstrative track record of developing sales pipelines, leading sales processes, transitioning prospects into clients, and further deepening client relationships with new revenue initiatives.
  • An instinctive salesperson with a stellar client engagement skill set and a passion for daily networking, believing that prospects exist everywhere.
  • A strategic professional who approaches key decision makers of current books of business realizing effective cross-selling will not only solidify relationships but clients will value you as a trusted advisor.
  • A persistent promoter of driving revenue through sales with emphasis on mid-large size companies, High Net Worth individuals, and organizations with growth potential.
  • A methodical facilitator of the right sales approach to prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget.
  • A well-defined peer networker with the ability to generate leads for your area of specialty.
  • A relationship maker with the ability to engage and leverage Centers of Influence for identifiable prospects.
  • A technologist who embraces how technology can influence the sales process.
  • A self-starter dedicated to utilizing research tools to conduct prospect research and establish professional contact networks.
  • A leader of a service team to obtain superior programs, maintain the highest level of service, and cooperative team approach to the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of successful, documented sales experience within the Commercial, Employee Benefits, and/or Private Client industries.
  • Relentless attitude to exceed established sales goal targets related to revenue growth.
  • High sales aptitude with solid business acumen, strategic reasoning, and results motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting the ability to deliver both formal and off-the-cuff sales presentations professionally with validated credibility.
