Job Description
Emerald is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Hub Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in content management to drive audience acquisition and retention through the effective use of AI-powered content aggregation and curation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple industry-focused newsletters, utilizing AI technology to aggregate, curate, and summarize high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Lead and coordinate a diverse pool of freelance content contributors, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery that aligns with our brand voice and audience needs.
- Collaborate closely with Emerald event leaders, the SVP of Marketing, and Head of Audience and Attendee Marketing to develop and implement strategies that leverage content for audience growth and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of content curation and summarization principles.
- Proven experience in curating and summarizing content and working with freelancers to produce compelling, audience-centric content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and technologies, with an ability to harness these innovations for efficient content delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $65,000-70,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
