Overview Social Creators at Razorfish are as equally obsessed with conceptual thinking, as we are with hands-on content creation. We have a passion for innovation and are always on top of emerging social trends and platforms. We have a background in creating social content (static and video), and have the hybrid skillsets of art direction and copywriting. We are equally as comfortable in-front of the lens as we are behind it. We possess a confident on-camera presence, strong editing skills, an authentic voice that resonates with Gen Z, and a deep understanding of production imperatives (props, locations, styling, etc.) Social Creators are organized, creative, collaborative, and energized by making great work quickly, whether that means responding to briefs with written concepts grounded in strategic thinking, or picking up a phone and shooting/editing a pieces of content ourselves. Responsibilities Design and produce a full range of creative assets for social media campaigns, including static and dynamic graphics, GIFs, videos, and interactive content, all optimized for specific platform requirements (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter). Work independent, as well as collaboratively with social strategy, content, and creator teams to concept, storyboard, and produce content that aligns with audience engagement behaviors, platform trends, and campaign objectives. Contribute to the development and implementation of creative workflows, systems, and processes to improve creative output and operational efficiency. Ensure a cohesive and visually compelling brand aesthetic across all social media channels, balancing creativity with messaging that connects with the target audience. Work simultaneously on multiple projects within tight deadlines, seeing projects through from start to finish. Ideate & execute the creation of platform-native social content that's on strategy & responsive to trends and consumer-focused ideation. Be at the forefront of real-time trends and culturally relevant moments, doing “trend-mining” to find relevant ways to proactively insert the brand/shows into the conversation in a way that will spark conversation. Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs: Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Express, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and more. 3-5 years of content creation experience (static and video) in a marketing setting Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field Deep experience in design, copywriting, editing and/or production Experience concepting and creating brand content across owned social channels Comfortability working with in-app tools to create original content — e.g., filters, sounds, visual effects, etc. Master of in-app editing across platforms, including TikTok, CapCut, Reels, and beyond. Proficiency in hands-on content creation, handling production and creative execution Ability to create post copy that is SEO optimized and will grab people’s attention in the feeds and platform searches. Weekend/evening availability as needed and the ability to respond after-hours for important, timely, or urgent matters. Strong understanding of social channels, trends, and best practices A portfolio that showcases your ability to write/create for diverse audiences and platforms. What Makes The Candidate Successful Previous experience with trends and content that resonates with Gen Z. Love creating content that will stand out in feeds and feel native to the platform. Ability to edit things quickly and adapt to tight timelines to capitalize on timely opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly. Keen eye for detail is a must. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
