We are looking for a Social Media Manager with experience in managing multiple accounts, placing social media paid advertisements, engaging influencers, and customers via the platforms and more. Some proficiency in graphic design/Adobe design programs such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, hard-working, diligent, and a willing to learn team player who will play a pivotal role in managing, scheduling, and creating digital content for the brands as well as across various social media platforms, while up-keeping customer messages, comments, and reviews via social media/review platforms.
Responsibilities
•Create & developing social media strategies
•Create digital content in accordance to deadlines
•Manage a variety of social media pages for each I Heart Mac & Cheese location
•Provide excellent customer service via social media and review platforms
•Place geo targeted paid social media advertisements per platform
•Assist Director of Marketing in developing campaigns
•Organize content photoshoot/video shoot days
•Edit footage/photos needed for social media or other collateral
•Create social media calendars for planned content
•Schedule and book social media influencers to store locations
•Post and schedule out content for each store location per platform
•Assist Director of Marketing in executing marketing campaigns & product rollouts
•Create digital content & collateral for franchise owners
•Develop and execute video shoots for a variety of platforms including Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
•Create analytical reports for each platform or social media paid advertisement completed
•Collect and deliver analytical findings to franchisees after every social media campaign push
•Develop and monitor lead generation ads
Qualifications
•Proficiency with many social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.
•Knowledge of placing social media paid advertisements
•Strong understanding in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Must have the diligence on monitoring all social media accounts
•Proficient/have a good grasp on videography and editing
•Proficient in creating relevant digital content depending on purpose
•Understanding of photography and editing
•Understanding marketing tactics and brand awareness
•Proficient in utilizing social media management platforms
•Must be teachable and willing to learn
•Must have the ability to jump from project to project
•Proficient in following trends and current events
•Excellent customer service
•Great organizational skills
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus!
•Experience in WordPress a plus!
