Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
Are you a cutting edge designer? Are you a thinker of ideas way outside the box? If you are this creative type we want to hear from you! A leading greeting card publisher in North America is seeking a dedicated, talented Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials for both digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with our team to develop a consistent brand message and ensure all designs meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executives and employees to develop a cohesive brand message
- Design a wide range of materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
- Work with a range of media and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of work
Requirements:
- Indesign - expert
- Adobe Creative Suite - expert
- Photoshop - expert
- Mac vs PC - a must!
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design
- Experience in delivering creative ideas and following through to content creation and distribution for both print and digital media
Offering:
- Full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year
- Benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance
- This is a full-time position, with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule in the Trenton area, NJ. Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
