Job Description
PMX is looking for top notch talent to add to their growing design team. The Senior Designer will support creative efforts to launch and grow PMX products and services. You'll work with great people, who have fun, and design best in class industry work.
The ideal candidate will be able to support the creative team and partner with marketing to visually articulate highly technical offerings for both internal educational and external marketing purposes in order to grow product adoption and revenue.
You will report to the Executive Vice President, PMX Strategy & Marketing.

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $97,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Responsibilities
- Manage & execute multiple projects at once and meet scheduled deadlines
- Design and creation of stunning presentation slides that clarify complicated subject matter
- Ability to create and edit PowerPoint templates
- Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines
- Maintain the graphic aesthetic and quality established
- Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate in any given project or team to which assigned
- 4+ years of experience (agency experience)
- Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout design
- Expert skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
- Able to easily liaise with C-Suite
- Receptive to creative direction and design feedback
- 4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree a plus)
