- Conduct thorough Training Needs Assessments and Audience Analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps, training participants, and delivery channels.
- Design and develop comprehensive, 508-compliant instructional materials, including course summary sheets, learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, quick reference sheets, and other supporting documents for training deliverables.
- Create online, interactive training materials in various formats, such as printable job aids, instructor-led (virtual and in-person), microlearning, videos, and eLearning courses.
- Generate program interactive, SCORM-compliant webinars, microlearning and full-length eLearning courses in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline).
- Develop and administer a variety of assessments, including quizzes, tests, simulations, and practical exercises, to measure learner progress and comprehension.
- nalyze assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing learning outcomes.
- ccurately track and document the progress of instructional design projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of development efforts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure the accuracy and relevancy of learning materials.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including leadership teams and learners, to understand learning needs and objectives, ensuring that training programs align with organizational goals and learner requirements.
- Periodically review and update curriculum and existing training content to ensure accuracy, relevancy and alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements and best practices for creating accessible learning materials.

- bility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid work schedule, role is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least twice a week, with additional onsite time as needed based on role-specific and agency requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Workday for creating, managing, and delivering training programs.
- Experience in leveraging Workday's Learning Management System (LMS) capabilities to track learner progress, generate reports, and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- bility to integrate Workday with other eLearning authoring tools and platforms to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Successful implementation of large-scale ERP transition to Workday solution.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Knowledge of gamification techniques and how to apply them to enhance learner engagement and motivation.
- Experience in creating multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and interactive elements using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
