Primary Responsibilities:The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating and executing high-quality design work for packaging, marketing materials, and tradeshow experiences. Exceptional organizational skills, nimble problem-solving abilities, and passion for current graphic trends will drive success in this role. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure best-in-class execution, maintain an informed perspective on market trends, and stay ahead of consumer needs. This individual should have a can-do attitude, be able to roll with evolving creative direction, and be obsessed with design and production work and love to collaborate. Essential Functions:DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs and creates various graphic assets from CPG packaging, sales collateral, trade show booths, point of sale materials to PowerPoint templates, and other forms of marketing assets and media.
- Updates and maintains current packaging to ensure consistency across all product categories and SKUs.
- Creates eye-popping and on-brand deliverables.
- Partners, collaborates and follows the direction of Creative Lead on all projects.
- Communicates with Creative Lead, Project Managers, Marketing Manager, Operations and freelance team on the timelines, deadlines and needs.
- Ensures quality, accuracy, and attention to detail on all projects.
- Participates in broader brand team initiatives such as staffing trade show booths, and other tasks as needed.
- Revises work based on internal feedback and performance results in a timely and efficient manner along with soft proof and hard proof reviews.
- Creates exceptional packaging concepts and design skills with proven portfolio.
- Interfaces with suppliers and vendors to communicate desired outcome of creative and production cycle for print accuracy and brand integrity.
- Follows brand guidelines, legal packaging label requirements, and other policies.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

- Must possess an ability to work quickly on tight deadlines while upholding the highest quality output with very strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbal and written.
- Expert proficiency in all Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro). Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Monday and BOX is a plus.
- Editing and strong Adobe Photoshop skills are preferred (Perform photo retouching and enhancements)
- Print and digital production proficiency is essential.
- Ability to organize and participate in leading a photo shoot.
- Minimum 3 days in the Downtown Boulder, Colorado office.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in art/design or certification in related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of general creative/graphic design experience required.
- Experience working directly for a CPG brand creative/marketing department or within an agency focused on CPG brands preferred.
- Experience in developing product packaging and technical design of product packaging with the ability to lead.
- PDF and/or Online portfolio required.
- Prior knowledge of CPG packaging legalities and certifications preferred.
