As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help elevate the visual identity of The Village Dallas.

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity and mission. Working closely with the marketing and events teams, the designer will craft engaging creative for print, digital platforms, signage, social media, and promotional materials for internal and external use. This role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of design principles to deliver high-quality visual content that resonates with our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop innovative and visually impactful designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to flyers, posters, event banners, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work maintains a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines while exploring new creative possibilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, events, and management teams to understand design needs and objectives, offering creative solutions and meeting deadlines.
  • Social media & Digital Content: Design and optimize digital content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and online promotions, ensuring all content is visually engaging and shareable.
  • Event Branding: Support the events team with design materials for various events, including signage, invitations, and promotional assets, to create an immersive and consistent experience.
  • Print Production: Prepare and coordinate the production of printed materials, including brochures, posters, and promotional handouts.
  • Design Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest design trends and software to continuously improve and evolve the creative output for The Village Dallas.
  • Brand Design for New Venues: Collaborate with the development team to create fresh, innovative brand designs for new venue concepts, ensuring that each design reflects the unique identity and atmosphere of the space.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (print, digital, social media, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital media, with an emphasis on creating content for social media and online platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and creative mindset.
