Specific Responsibilities Would Include::
  • Assist the design team from the NY office to complete their received requests, leveraging strong software sketching abilities.
  • Fulfill all support requests for style tech packs, including detailed technical sketches and specifications.
  • Work on graphic design, style design, trim style booklets, and sizing measurement design projects as requested.
  • Provide additional ideas and opinions to help the NY design team make well-informed decisions, even on non-work-related topics when requested.
  • Meet deadlines consistently to ensure timely project completion.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the latest design software and utilize advanced features to optimize workflows.
  • Produce high-quality, error-free design work at all times.
  • Quickly identify and resolve any problems or mistakes in the designs.
  • Develop comprehensive bills of materials to include in tech packs.


Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have::
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Fashion Design or a related design field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in garment design, preferably in a multi-cultural company setting
  • Knowledge of the best design software available in the market, with proficiency in AI, Photoshop, and 3D software
  • Thorough knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques
  • Strong understanding of the production process
  • Excellent learning capacity, able to adapt quickly to new software and technologies
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English; experience working with North American designers is preferred
  • Strong research skills, able to gather relevant information to support design decisions
  • Clear logical thinking, good communication and problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
