The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing daily administrative tasks, and contributing to the development of strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Create, proofread, and edit content for marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials, assets, and inventory.
- Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Support the development and distribution of promotional items, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM systems, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
