The Social Media Director will develop and implement social media strategies to increase client brand visibility, build relationships, and drive engagement and conversions. This role requires a creative professional with a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies. The Social Media Director will be responsible for developing content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data across all social media channels. - Plan, design, implement and monitor both organic and paid social media marketing campaigns.
- Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual, and multimedia formats.
- Oversee video and photography production for clients
- Create and manage campaigns to grow brand awareness and increase engage
- Develop and manage content calendars for each platform
- Coordinate with other departments to create and organize content
- Engage users with prompt responses, organize campaigns, ask questions, and cultivate relationships.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies as needed
- Keep up-to-date on the latest social media trends
- Monitor competitors' social media activities
- Engaging with customers on different channels

- Provide clients and partners with key messages, visual guidelines, and frame for their social media content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong visual eye and copy skills
- Detail-oriented, with excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven track record of creating successful campaigns
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities, possess outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Solutions first mindset with willingness to explore and roll-up sleeves to ensure team success
- Strong presentation, communication, writing, and collaboration skills
- Team-driven attitude and passion for learning
- Strategic thinker with excellent time and project management skills
- Proficient in Design tools (Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc)
- Experience in professional service industries
