JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to manage and grow the online presence of the company's leadership team. The individual will be part of the social media department and work closely with the public relations department to maintain a positive brand image across all digital channels, fostering connections with key audiences while positioning our executive team as industry leaders. The role involves managing a world-class global agency and collaborating with various stakeholders across the Caribbean, North America, and the UK. Frequent travel is required to provide on-site social media coverage during events and engagements. The executive team leverages their social media channels to promote the brands they lead and the destinations where these brands operate. This requires constant communication with business executives, stakeholders, and other influential figures to align strategies and maintain a cohesive brand image.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management or 5+ years of professional social media experience within an agency, corporate, or enterprise-level organization

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to grow the executive team social presence, engagement, and brand positioning across multiple platforms.
- Manage a global agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, tone of voice, content creation, and KPI tracking.
- Oversee social media coverage at events, requiring frequent travel to the Caribbean, North America, and occasionally the UK.
- Utilize social media listening tools to monitor the leadership team brand reputation and respond proactively.
- Collaborate with the agency and internal teams to ensure the creation of engaging and impactful content across various social media platforms, maintaining consistency with the profile tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous growth and engagement, meeting key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other executives, public relations teams, and multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging and objectives.
- Support brand news amplification through other C-suite channels and corporate brand channels.
- Maintain a professional and corporate profile while being adaptable to dynamic situations.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on analytics and market trends.
- Act as a social media professional to company's spokesperson, ensuring all content and communications reflect their personal and professional brand.
- Collaborate with various departments including Marketing, PR, Customer Service, and others to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Ensure consistent daily communication with the public figure and maintain availability during and outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate their demanding schedule and provide timely social media management.
- Lead production, including outsourcing, contracting, managing, and hiring various production teams as needed to support the leadership team and brand initiatives.
- Oversee budget and cost management to ensure financial efficiency in all social media and production activities related to this account.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithms, and emerging social media platforms to proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Conduct in-depth audience analysis, leveraging data and insights to refine targeting and optimize content for maximum impact and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, escalate inquiries and comments to the agency and/or to relevant stakeholders, and maintain a positive online reputation for the c-suite.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging trends, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and strategic adaptability.
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between the C-suite and the agency, overseeing the content development process and providing guidance and direction as needed. Be readily available and responsive, being on call to address any urgent matters or provide timely feedback for content approvals.
- Other tasks including responsibilities and varying ad hoc projects that may be distributed by the executive team and communicated via Social Media leadership

Qualifications include:
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- High level of independence, maturity, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and departments.
- Knowledge in paid social media is a plus.
- Proven experience managing social media for public figures, high-profile individuals, or global brands.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media strategies and campaigns within an agency, corporate, or enterprise environment, as opposed to experience limited to personal social media management or influencer activities
- Proficiency in social media analytics and listening tools.
- Understanding of corporate communications and brand management.
