The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Paid Media Manager that will provide leadership, management, and accountability to a team of 8-10 digital marketers while focusing on best-in-class paid media performance for our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and oversee a team of 8-10 paid media strategists and coordinators, all focused on delivering the best-in-class paid media strategy to our clientele while focusing on performance and efficiency goals
  • Leadership, Management & Accountability, including but not limited to employee performance management, development plans, removing barriers, problem-solving, and risk mitigation.
  • The Paid Media Manager is responsible for delivering insights in a compelling manner during quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc presentations for enterprise-level clients.
  • Staffing & Capacity Management: Conduct staffing analysis and assess capacity on an ongoing basis to support current and forecasted business.
  • Responsible for triage management of client fires and prioritizing work amongst the team to nurse an account back to health
  • Responsible for facilitating cross-team connectivity via transparency, feedback, and collaboration. This will ensure that the teams are working efficiently and building strong relationships.
  • Training & Development. Paid Media Manager is responsible for training and developing new hires and longstanding employees to continuously improve the quality of work and promote upward and lateral growth.
  • Conduct business cases and/or analyses to advocate for optimal team performance and resources. This includes but is not limited to additional positions, dept. structure changes, and adoption of new tools or systems.
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Participate in the hiring process for new team members, ensuring that each new team member is skilled and fits Digible's core values. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand the team's goals, tools, and the Paid Media workflow -- setting and upholding expectations early.
  • Refine team procedures, keeping efficiency, quality assurance and performance top of mind as the needs of the business shift.
  • Support a strong team subculture through recognition, motivation, fun, and being a champion for Digible's vision.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends for both the multifamily and paid media industries.
  • Conduct employee 1-1s, weekly team meetings, quarterly planning & performance reviews and annual reviews.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of digital agency experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Multifamily Experience a strong plus

Pay, perks, and such:

  • Salary Range: $90,000-110,000
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
