We are seeking an experienced Photography Asset Coordinator to support the Image Editing team and manage all digital assets produced by Advertising Department. This position will consist of overseeing the DAM in addition to supporting Image Editors with light retouching.

Location: 5650 Main Street, Manchester, Vermont

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update DAM including correct file naming conventions, folder structure, updating keywords to improve searchability, and archiving outdated assets.
  • Upload digital assets to the DAM so they are readily available and accessible.
  • Tag and apply keywords to digital assets on the DAM including updated outdated keywording.
  • Assist as needed with non-destructive retouching of images including skin retouching, blemish removal, stray hair removal, background repair, and general spotting.
  • Work collaboratively with Image Editing team to reach project goals and meet deadlines

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in photography or relevant field and/or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in photo retouching and/or coordinator experience
  • Capacity to learn new applications
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and generally with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in digital asset management or similar a plus

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Retouching and/or studio environment experience.
  • Experience with editing models, apparel and/or food
