Publicity/Radio Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s Entertainment client located in New York City.
 
Job Details

• Contract duration: 1 Month (May extend until Feb or March)
• Schedule: 37.5 Hrs per week.
• Location: New York City 10010
• Start Date: Estimated January 6th, 2025
• Pay: $20 per hour.

 
Job Description:

• Primarily an administrative role
• Assisting both publicity and radio department heads.
• Processing invoices, drafting/editing/sending PRs, expense reports.
• Putting together promo schedules for artists, sending email blasts including event invites, booking executive travel as needed, pulling radio charts on Mondays.
• Concur – Can be trained on Concur but preferred.

 
Qualifications:

• Experience with expense reporting.
• Ideally candidate will know Concur – If not, can be trained.
• Music background preferred – Can be open to industry.
