The Client Experience Manager will play a vital role in enhancing client relationships, understanding needs, and managing the client experience from start to finish. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, driving sales through effective communication.
- Client Needs: Understand, anticipate, and manage client requirements, ensuring clear interpretation and meeting of needs.
- Issue Resolution: Identify client concerns, propose solutions, and proactively prevent future issues.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the assigned Account Manager to develop and implement strategies for territory and client growth.
- Design Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams on design projects to provide optimal solutions within budget.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the Director on complex projects to gain experience and build expertise.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, adapting strategies to increase market share as needed.
- Effective Communication: Ensure timely and accurate communication across all teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Problem Solving: Serve as a proactive problem-solver, quick to adapt, and committed to maintaining a positive attitude.
- Client Engagement: Travel up to 65% of the time for face-to-face client meetings, site visits, and industry research.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and pricing to present solutions confidently.
- Sales Presentation: Present effectively to clients in various settings, demonstrating product installation and usage best practices.
- Time Management: Organize daily tasks to optimize time management and productivity.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales, pipeline, and projection reports to track and communicate progress.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience: 3-6 years in sales, preferably within the tradeshow and event industry.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn industry-specific software as needed.
