Publishing Product Analyst

The Product Analyst supports the Quality Manager and Product Manager by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data related to customers, products, and processes. The Analyst also makes recommendations based on the data and executes directives of the Product Manager based on the actionable results of research.

Track, Analyze, and Present Internal Performance Data

Collect data on product development benchmarks to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Analyze data for products with at-risk timelines and present concerns and solutions to Quality Manager and Product Manager.

Collect, Analyze, and Present Market Data

Collect data on customers, competitors, and the market place. Research and compile data on industry best practices and coordinate with the quality manager to develop training modules. Research and project educational trends, making recommendation for future product development. Compile and analyze statistical, demographic, and educational data used to evaluate, interpret, and explain the results. Summarize all findings, methods, conclusions, and recommendations based on the research performed. Communicate actionable results of the research and analysis in writing, verbally, and in presentations as requested.

Coordinate with Inter-Departmental Partners

Coordinate timely and meaningful collaboration with partners in Marketing, Advertising, Customer Service, E-Commerce, and Sales for maximum value delivered to the customer.

Consult on Content Development

Provide expert advice in areas of subject matter expertise to Lead Editors. Support content development for on-schedule completion.

Education
BS: Business (Required), MBA

Work Experience
2+ years as a business analyst

Physical Requirements and Skills
Detail-Oriented, Knowledge of a variety of Abeka materials, Microsoft Applications, Operating Office Equipment, Oral Communications, Organizing, Stamina to perform typical office functions, Written Communication
