Job Description
The Contractor shall provide technical documentation and communication support. This support includes the following:
- Assist with RHPED development of responses to requests for information related to RHPED managed and supported technical programs and activities. These requests include those coordinated by the RCA Front Office that generally number 4-5 queries per week and often require populating or augmenting discrete portions of presentations or documents.
- Assist with technical meeting coordination and logistic support including distribution and meeting location reservations, participant instruction, agenda, meeting minute preparation, and action item tracking.
- Assist in establishing new products, update and maintenance of existing products covering the breadth of all technical programs supported or managed by RHPED including, but not limited to RHPED Program Management Reviews, Strategic Priorities, RHPED 101 presentations, Analysis and Engineering (A&E) Service Catalog, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Branch level presentation materials.
- Assist with preparation of new technical program presentation materials supporting the Division or Branches.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of communications with established distribution intervals such as the RHPED Front Office Report on a weekly basis, RHPED newsletters, JRIMS weekly status, and other communications as directed.
- Assist with hosting information/data management, archiving, and maintenance support for RHPED and the constituent branches as directed. This includes materials hosted on shared drives, iShare, SharePoint Mission Risk Knowledge Center (MRKC), or other data repository system as directed. For MRKC, Power Business Intelligence (BI) shall be used to display development status to the user in accordance with RDB desired layout.
Roles/Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Education:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain TSA Public Trust Clearance
- Must be able to obtain SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ relevant years of work experience
- TSA/DHS experience a plus
- Thorough understanding of program/project communication techniques and methods
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Expertise in MS Office Suite; focus on MS PowerPoint and Power Business Intelligence (BI)
