Social Media / Mass Communication for Castle Project

Type: Part-Time - Some Nights / Weekends - On Site Required
Weekly Hours: 16-20 hours. Tuesday at noon lunch meeting required, otherwise flexible schedule.
Note: The position may require occasional attendance at events or classes outside regular business hours.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media / Mass Communications Person for the Castle Project - Future / New DTC Headquarters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting the project, development team, engaging with partners, tenants, contractors and DTC staff on social media platforms, and assisting with mass communications to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the Castle Project
- Create engaging content across various social media platforms
- Respond to inquiries and engage with stakeholders through in person visits, phone calls, email and social media channels.
- Assist with management and posting for CEO on Facebook, LinkedIn, creating of internal mass communications with updates on project
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective students.
- Help to develop necessary deliverables for Castle Project through design work.
- Data entry for addition to mass communication lists
Qualifications:
- Strong social media skills with experience in content creation and management.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Real Estate Development process is a plus.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in social media management and class administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
