Responsibilities SUMMARY Advance the Credit Union's competitive position, consistent with its mission, within the markets served; assist in developing objectives, policies and programs for marketing activities of the Credit Union; coordinate the efforts of marketing and other internal resources toward the accomplishment of overall objectives; supply advice and assistance to the Marketing Communications Director and other operating units within the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Serves as a central point of contact and liaison for all Advancial departments, with a particular focus on providing marketing consultation and support to the Human Resources and Mortgage departments. Coordinates other marketing resources in Marketing Communications, Creative Services and Marketing Analytics to ensure that departmental needs are achieved in a timely fashion that meets or exceeds expectations. Provides updates to all parties regarding goals and objectives. Coordinates with other Marketing Communications team members to ensure strategic direction is implemented correctly and on time. Reports results of efforts to Marketing Communications Director and coordinates with internal resources to include results in monthly Progress Reports, where appropriate. Coordinates the creation, distribution, and maintenance of a diverse range of communication systems across all departments, with special attention to the specific needs of Human Resources, Marketing, and Mortgage. This encompasses various platforms such as inserts, letters, email messages, online content, social media, on-hold messaging, statement messages, and other pertinent marketing materials. Administers all Social Media accounts for the Credit Union including acting as a liaison to connect member service requests with the appropriate department, coordinating and managing the content calendar. Develops and administers strategic plans for promoting credit union products and services through social media accounts while also achieving organic follower growth. Administers the content of Marketing Department information on the Credit Union’s intranet. Develops and coordinates updates and enhancements. Produces internal communications on a monthly or as needed basis to promote marketing efforts and resources as well as educate employees about marketing processes. Coordinates special events and corporate sponsorships when assigned. Assists in coordinating the annual meeting including production of reports, facilities, and meeting logistics. Administers on-hold messaging system and vendor relationship. Coordinates department resources and coordinates to ensure messages are relevant and timely. Collaborates with Creative Services to maintain a variety of marketing communications systems and generate marketing communications materials, including but not limited to video, in-branch digital signage, and the Virtual Services Brand Manual. Maintains thorough product knowledge of all Credit Union accounts, rates and services offered; maintains understanding of organization, bylaws, policies, operational procedures and applicable state and federal financial institution regulations. Maintains a thorough knowledge and continued familiarity of additional products and services and associated third party Vendors for promotional and communications purposes, including but not limited to Advancial Rewards, Mylo, Advancial Investment Services, additional cuAnywhere services, and any other new products and services offered. Maintains thorough knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations. Collaborates with other Marketing team members, Compliance, and/or legal counsel to develop disclosures in order to ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, vendor requirements, as well as federal and state regulations. Administers designated projects to maintain schedules, resource allocation and deliverables. Locates, accesses, and engages internal and external resources as needed to support projects. Develops and distributes necessary communications regarding project objectives and deliverables internally and coordinates external messaging with Marketing Communications Director. Identifies and researches new technologies and trends for reaching new members and driving new business based on organizational Key Success Factors, Strategic Initiatives, and department goals. Makes recommendations to Marketing Communications Director based on research. Contributes to strategy, content creation and implementation of advertising campaigns, including social media, email, website, print, and any other applicable channel. Assists with the creation, development, production, and/or assembly of designated collateral materials. Coordinates and collects communications with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts as necessary. Maintains a positive and caring atmosphere for members and employees consistent with the Credit Union's mission and philosophy. Ensures positive relationships with the branches, internal departments and external partners. Fosters a positive culture throughout the organization. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000/yr. and based on experience. Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
