We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic and creative marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of innovative design solutions for top-tier national brands, ensuring alignment with corporate and client brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with the Group Creative Director and cross-functional teams, you will produce visually impactful campaigns that support strategic messaging and financial objectives.

This person must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional creative work, from concept to completion, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to mentor and guide junior designers. This person must also be highly adaptable and possess the ability to pivot quickly on project deadlines and design feedback from executive leaders and peers. This is a unique opportunity to showcase design expertise across top-tier brands and retailers, while contributing to the growth and creative direction of FNA Group's internal Marketing department.

This position is 100% onsite. Only local candidates that can commit to working onsite, Monday through Friday, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead high-profile design projects, including retail marketing campaigns, product launches, packaging, digital marketing, corporate presentations, and more, from concept to execution.
  • Workflow Oversight: Manage daily design operations to ensure the efficient production and on-time delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Mentorship and Creative Guidance: Partner with Group Creative Director to provide creative direction and guidance to junior and mid-level designers, ensuring work meets project objectives, brand standards, and quality expectations.
  • Campaign Ideation and Execution: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative, visually engaging and impactful campaigns across a variety of media, including print, digital, social, and multimedia platforms.
  • Brand Stewardship: Assist in developing, refining, and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints while adapting them for evolving creative needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders from sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to ensure creative concepts align with strategic goals, marketing objectives, brand priorities, customer needs, and timelines. Present and articulate design concepts clearly to all parties involved and welcome constructive feedback.
  • Design Execution: Take a leading role in designing high-quality graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for various mediums including print, digital, social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Content Design for Social Media & Email: Design and develop templated social media email campaigns and graphics to support marketing content schedules and infuse product visibility.
  • Innovation & Trends Adoption: Stay current on industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure all artwork is relevant, fresh, and forward-thinking.
  • Quality Control: Work directly with the Group Creative Director to oversee the final production of all creative assets (both print and digital) ensuring designs are polished, error-free, and delivered on time.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work for national brands and integrated campaigns.
  • Creative Leadership: At least 3 years a senior design or creative leadership role with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX design, and other digital tools is a plus. Familiarity with email platforms, QR code tools a plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design skills, creativity, and experience working with large-scale brands and integrated campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders while confidently articulating design concepts.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail with an understanding of the importance of design consistency, brand identity, and high-quality output.
  • Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing feedback and project requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to refining processes, driving creative efficiencies, and elevating the quality of all deliverables.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), email platforms, or e-commerce platforms.
