Finn Partners New York is seeking an Account Supervisor or Associate Vice President, specializing in social media and influencer activations, to join our growing Health team. You’ll be joining a strong team working on several of the most exciting healthcare clients around.
Primary Responsibilities:
Anticipated Salary: $85K to $115K. Commensurate with experience and depending upon workplace.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Devise creative strategies to best utilize digital/social media platforms and achieve clients’ goals
- Strategically guide the development of social media content calendars, inclusive of creative design
- Manage the content management of monthly and ad hoc content calendars, inclusive of publication, analytics reporting and paid campaign deployment
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with Health influencers who meet clients’ goals. Once approved, support the negotiation/contracting process, as well as content management
- Work alongside a growing team of social media strategists and act as a client relationship manager
- Deliver high-quality programs that meet and exceed client goals
- Participate in new business and showcase social media expertise
- PR agency experience (at least 4-7 years) working on clients in the healthcare space
- Experience leading social media strategies and campaigns
- Experience leading influencer activations
- Experience deploying paid social media campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communications skills both oral and written (including editing skills)
- Experience using all Microsoft Office products
- Experience using content scheduling/management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Talkwalker, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Experience using influencer vetting tools (e.g. Tagger)
- A bachelor's degree
