Named one of the Best Places to Work in the US by Outside Magazine, Fuse is a marketing agency that specializes in teen / young adult marketing. We are seeking a local onsite Field Marketing Manager for event experiences.
Are you a natural leader with exceptional organizational skills? Does the idea of showcasing brands around your city sound like the perfect job for you? Do you like promoting new products?
This is a paid contract position. Dates will be discussed in interview.
Responsibilities Include:
- Set up and oversee event activities at the event location
- Maintain a clean presence and manage onsite staff
- Present a positive image, embody leadership qualities, and promote with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm
- Regular communication with Fuse management and punctuality are a must
- Timely completion of event recap, expense report and equipment inventory after the event
Skills and Education Requirements:
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic
- Possess the ability to engage with a wide range of people
- High energy, fun, and personable
- Comfortable driving a cargo van in city traffic
- Make sound decisions on the fly
- Organized and ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated and skilled communicator
- You sweat the details and work hard to make sure everything is executed according to plan
- Can lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Confident, productive, and professional
- Prior leadership, marketing, promotion, and/or brand ambassador experience is a plus
- Access to a computer and smartphone is a must
