Cox Communications is seeking a
Digital Marketing/Communications Sr. Manager
to lead Residential current customer lifecycle management strategy for the online channel. This role will report into the Director of Digital Sales & Marketing and will strategize, develop, and implement online marketing and sales programs to drive customer revenue, retain customer relationships, and increase adoption of self-service experiences. Partnership across Marketing, Sales, Care, Digital Enablement, and other key stakeholders is critical to goal attainment and a cohesive customer experience.
What You'll Do
Manages strategic planning for designated Digital Marketing / Communications programs, initiatives, and processes across Residential customer lifecycles including base management, retention, and move/transfer. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Care, Digital Enablement, and other key cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated strategies and plans for the online channel. Includes partnership with 1-to-1 communications team to ensure all customer communications drive to relevant online experiences that align to comms goals. Develop and implement strategy to drive awareness and adoption of digital self-service tools (account management, service troubleshooting, service education) to reduce operational costs for the business. Ensures strategies and plans include: thorough customer value proposition, comprehensive and multi-faceted execution across diverse communications channels / vehicles, continuous evaluation and reporting requirements, cross-functional input and participation. Ensures effective and timely production and execution of marketing collateral and programs that adhere to online best practices (UXD, SEO, accessibility, etc.). Determines metrics and analyzes program results; makes data-based recommendations for program evolution. Develops and maintains test and learn roadmap for continuous website conversion improvements. Collaborates across Marketing to ensure all recommended programs are relevant to local markets and compelling in the competitive landscape. Ideates and prioritizes the roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality and platforms. Contributes to a positive team culture by actively participating in team meetings, regularly working in the office, sharing insights and ideas, and supporting team members as needed. Location

Minimum
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field (Marketing/Sales) with 2 of those years in a Digital capacity. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 4 years of related experience or 6 years' experience in a related field Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques, including online merchandising, UX/Design, SEO, and conversion rate optimization; plus, a passion to continuously learn and grow in the field Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously as needed Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive results Possess basic creative and copywriting skills Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends/opportunities in reporting and make data-driven decisions; Adobe Analytics experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Preferred
Digital sales and/or marketing experience with focus on site and offer merchandising Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, particularly at Cox and within the digital ecosystem Familiarity with Cox residential markets and service marketing Strong sales stimulation, merchandising and project management skills required Perform at optimal levels with little guidance Working knowledge of modern digital technologies, such as content management systems, targeting and web analytics platforms Adobe Marketing Cloud experience (including Adobe Analytics) desired Experience and understanding of online marketing tactics and creative development across all device types (handheld mobile devices, tablets, desktop/laptop, iOS, etc.) Working knowledge of digital KPIs and success measurements
USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
