Sparks Group has partnered with a client well known in the housing industry who is need of a Community Manager. Potential candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands on Property Management experience. If interested, please apply for immediate consideration or call the office at 301.926-7800!

Responsibilities:

· The community manager will work closely with the property manager to schedule property viewings, and conduct property tours.

· Assist in managing all aspects of a property's occupancy and maintenance, keep accurate records, and perform quality control inspections.

· The assistant property manager will manage work order requests and communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of property management experience is required.

· Must have knowledge of rental apartment leasing procedures.

· Previous customer service experience in leasing and/or sales experience preferred.

· Have dependable transportation to and from work and be able to drive to locations throughout Montgomery County to show units to prospective applicants.

· Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

· Must have the ability to deal tactfully, effectively and courteously with the general public.

· Experience with Yardi preferred.

· Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred.

Pay Range: Hourly $26.00 to $26.00
