Work Experience:
Event Production Audio and Video
Managed production, editing, and encoding of audio/video webcasts. Oversaw streaming media events, both live and pre-recorded, using CVENT and Agile systems.
Coordinated events for 100 to 10,000+ attendees, consulting internally to executing meetings and events on platforms like Zoom and Teams.
Collaborated with executives to manage logistics for major speaking engagements, including contracting, registration, and post-event reconciliation.
Handled AV setups using digital systems and managed meeting budgets.
AV Specialist
Crafted budgets and specifications for AV implementation in events and conferences.
Supported internal partners and coordinated with vendors for successful project execution.
Designed Microsoft Team rooms and function spaces, reviewed AutoCAD specs, and created technology tutorials.

responsibilities: Responsibilities include setup of presentation and conferencing systems, technical coordination of events, system troubleshooting, problem resolution and product installation.
Day to day duties may include daily room check out, system troubling-shooting, delivery, and tracking of portable presentation equipment, facilitating equipment repair, and meeting set-up.
