The Content Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, will support our content creation and digital marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual passionate about storytelling, content strategy, and engaging audiences across channels. As a hybrid role, it requires 1-2 days per week in our Malvern, PA office.
Requirements:Primary Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, email newsletters, website blogs, and other digital channels.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across all social platforms, monitor engagement, and contribute to our social media strategy by researching trends and best practices.
- Email Marketing: Assist in developing and executing email campaigns, including writing copy, building emails, and analyzing performance, using HubSpot.
- Asset Development: Assist the Content Specialist with the creation and development of content assets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to align content initiatives with broader business goals and develop targeted assets to support product marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot/email marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Figma—Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative, impactful content.
