• Bilingual (ES/EN) Temporary Creative Director, Copywriter
• Start Date: 01/06 until 01/31
• Hours: 40 hours a week, potential overtime

• Must have experience with Hispanic marketing (ensure you have samples in your portfolio)
• Must have a deep understanding of Hispanic/Latino culture and speak Spanish fluently

Role Purpose
We serve our clients from offices around the world. Passionate about building brands in diverse categories, we handle accounts of all sizes, from local to global, crossing all communication channels. We are currently hiring a Creative Director, Copy, Art to confidently and independently lead brands, mentor associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish. This role is project by project so you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums (video, still, OOH, print, social, activations - experiential, influencer, etc.) that meet and surpass client goals
• Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client's strategies and objectives. Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign
• Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers, and Strategy account) to develop and craft the final deliverables
• Strategically push the creative integrity of all campaigns and deliverables and steer teams' conceptual thinking
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
Additional Information:
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $ 88.27 - $142.56. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
Eligible for Sick and Safe Time off, and Paid Holidays.
This is a fully remote work.
