About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP and General Manager for its Client Graphics Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Client and Graphics segment, with a focus on managing the P&L, product and roadmap definition, customer engagement, market strategy, and business planning. This role requires a deep understanding of client, graphics, and related technology, as well as a passion for strategic marketing. The VP and GM will be expected to develop strong relationships with strategic customers, ecosystem partners, and suppliers, and to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of products that meet customer requirements. A key aspect of the role is to drive the strategy for high-impact product positioning and messaging and to grow the organizational capability by developing and inspiring a talented team. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in the semiconductor industry, with at least 15 years of leadership experience, and a degree in electrical engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semiconductors and the memory business and a strong background in cross-functional leadership with excellent collaboration and communication skills. The role also requires a strong influencer who can establish credibility in a global, matrixed environment and who is adept at managing strategic outbound marketing activities. The VP and GM will be expected to ensure succession plans for critical roles and to drive all outbound communications for the Client and Graphics business.
