JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description As a Marketing Specialist you will support the Briggs & Stratton and Vanguard engine marketing team. You will have the opportunity to work with the Director of Product & Brand Marketing and Marketing Manager on a wide variety of projects. You will be involved in marketing and communications initiatives including the development and implementation of marketing programs including product strategy, communications plans, website / digital marketing, social media, influencers, collateral and OEM programs. You will do this by: Collaborating with management in the development of outbound and inbound marketing activities and executes across an integrated marketing communications plan. Writing, editing, and proofing copy for marketing communications such as social media, printed collateral, merchandising, digital content, advertising, customer presentations and email/newsletters. Actively creating content and monitoring Social Media channels Creating marketing materials and distributing them to internal and external stakeholders. Developing, monitoring and communicating project timelines and budgets. Assisting in the planning and execution of trade shows and other events. Performing other duties as assigned. You are the type of person who is/has: Experience developing strong digital marketing campaigns Well-developed understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practices, demonstrable experience in digital and social media marketing, durable goods and retail sales channels experience strongly preferred Organized with ability to handle multiple projects independently and concurrently Strong ability to communicate (verbal, written) and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Proven success in digital marketing (email, banner advertising, website) Strong project management skills Team-oriented Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location. Spanish fluency is a plus.
