Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Key job responsibilities:
  • Develop a detailed global promotional experiment strategy, design campaigns, project plans, including campaign goals and messaging. Create a GTM plan and Identify marketing distribution channels, campaign schedule and KPIs.
  • Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing content.
  • Partner with local teams to create strong process and mechanisms to scale global promotions.
  • Maintain Music's brand and voice, while highlighting the unique value proposition of each partner participating in the campaign.
  • Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders
  • Drive experiments to gather learnings about offer, creative and messaging tests, document results and share best practices to implement globally.

Basic qualifications
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
  • 4+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in project management, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience with subscription-based consumer products.
  • Mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.
  • Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
  • MBA/advanced degree.
