Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead initiatives that span our four main pillars: Automation, Personalization, Operational Efficiency, and Experimentation. You will focus on enhancing automation by exploring AI tools, API integrations, and solutions that reduce manual efforts. Your ability to solve problems and challenge the status quo will be crucial in this role. You will need strong interpersonal skills to build trust with internal teams who will rely on you to solve key challenges. Your responsibilities will include identifying challenges, exploring both internal and external solutions, making recommendations, and implementing new processes and tools. Overall, you will be entrepreneurial, push boundaries and execute breakthrough campaigns.

  • Integrations - 3rd party partners, tools, developing tools with tech teams

Requirements:
  • Degree/certification - Bachelor's Degree, will consider an advanced degree with strong industry experience.
  • Years' experience - 5-7+ years digital marketing/tech background.
  • Channel experience.
  • Comfortable working with tech and product teams - able to speak their language, i.e. growth. marketing or product.
  • Experience with at least 1 Program Management tool.
  • Industry background in tech, growth marketing, product management, performance marketing, digital marketing.
  • Analytical, strong written and oral skills, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
