Position DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time staff, Marketing Manager to join our Day & Zimmermann team.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting assigned markets by researching, defining, and executing market strategies; creating and managing content and collateral; optimizing the company's digital presence and lead generation efforts; fostering cross-functional collaboration; and analyzing performance metrics to achieve sales growth and profitability goals.
As the Marketing Manager, here's the work you'll do:Strategy Development & Execution:
* Collaborate with market leaders to research, define, and implement tailored content marketing and account-based marketing strategies
* Partner with Business Development and Operations teams to ensure marketing strategies align with market needs and company capabilities
* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
* Develop actionable plans to position the company for success in assigned markets
* Collect feedback from market leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to refine strategies and improve results
Sales Enablement:
* Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including data sheets, brochures, presentations, case studies, experience profiles, and other materials showcasing market capabilities and successes
* Partner with the Proposal Management team to develop compelling proposal materials that reflect the unique needs of assigned markets
* Collaborate closely with Business Development and Operations to create targeted customer presentations and coach them on how best to convey our capabilities and benefits
* Ensure materials are updated and aligned with the company's branding and messaging guidelines
Digital Content Creation & Management:
* Create and maintain website content related to assigned markets, highlighting capabilities, expertise, and success stories
* Design and execute content marketing, account-based marketing, and other inbound campaigns to support sales efforts and generate leads
* Collaborate with the Content & Communications team to develop and manage social media messaging, press outreach, and video content
* Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms for campaign execution, monitor analytics, and make adjustments to improve website and email campaign content such as landing pages, calls-to-action, and other digital assets as necessary to achieve desired results
Customer Experience Support
* Partner with market leaders, Business Development, Operations, and Marketing Operations teams to plan, communicate, and execute tradeshows and customer events
* Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team on assets and messaging for your market
* Collaborate with the Content & Communications team on promoting D&Z presence at tradeshows and customer events
* Work with subject matter experts to create abstracts, presentations, and white papers that convey our capabilities and benefits
Miscellaneous Support
* Additional support to your supervisor or larger department projects as assigned
This role is for you if you have these skills:* Strong strategic and critical thinker who has a strong understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to business and can analyze data and translate it into meaningful information
* Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with management and build consensus across cross-functional teams
* Highly organized with a project management mindset, and adept at managing multiple tasks and teams under deadline pressure
* Collaborative team player who can work with colleagues at all levels of the company to gather information, incorporate feedback, and excecute marketing initiatives to achieve shared goals
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint (or other collaborative content management system) and Salesforce (or similar CRM system). Familiarity with Adobe products and Monday.com or similar project management software is preferred, not required
And if you have these qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or journalism
* 5-7 years experience in a marketing function, preferably with service-oriented sales, the AEC or energy industry, or in a B2B environment
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $88,880 - $133,320. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
