NC Water Heaters is looking for the BEST Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Raleigh office. Not just any associate, our ideal candidate will have knowledge with trade (plumbing, electrical, and/or home remodeling) terminology and nuances related to the field to ensure the highest level of success with our customer base. This person will maintain and gain business relationships as well as keep marketing efforts consistent and successful.

Our ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every interaction. This position in full time in the office but expect to be out in the field locally 20-30% of the time. Don't worry, the office is super comfortable with a full kitchen, awesome decor and great break room. We even bring our well behaved dogs to work! This position is part of a team who work together to maintain a high level of success in the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing - Develop and execute marketing programs to focus on client engagement, brand awareness and sales.
• Google - Advanced knowledge to successfully manage Google Ads and Google Listing
• WordPress - Know WordPress and manage updates to websites
• Social Media - Manage social media sites and recommend updates to engage customers
• Manage customer relationships - Identify, grown and maintain new business relationships and opportunities to increase revenue.
• Reporting - Participate in group meetings, contribute routine statistics and execute quarterly goals.
• Track interactions in CRM - Record client interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years proven experience in marketing
• Google advanced knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for relationship building
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM system
